Owned and operated by the Spain family, and newly renovated. All rooms have microwave ovens, refrigerators, 32" HDTV's, cable tv, wireless high speed internet, heat/air conditioning, coffee makers, truck plug-ins, and telephones. Some rooms and suites have full kitchens. We are located across the street from Blair's Supermarket, Subway, and Vicklund's Pharmacy, and just a few blocks from Hot Springs State Park.
We make vacationing affordable, with clean, comfortable rooms at a price that fits your budget. We offer the same quality as those expensive franchise motels, and we are American owned, so your money stays here.

We are pet friendly - small dogs are allowed in some rooms, with management approval. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card, and cash. Weekly rates available during non-peak seasons.
